The “Patent Attorney” magazine #2-2020 has published an article “Antibody as a subject of an invention”, written by Fedor Ivanov and Kseniya Nasonova

Please be kindly informed that Fedor Ivanov, our leading officer of the Department of legal protection of Inventions and Utility Models, and Kseniya Nasonova, leading patent attorney at GEROPHARM Group, have written an article “Antibody as a subject of an invention”. The article has been recently published in the “Patent Attorney” magazine #2-2020.

The article provides analysis of the independent claims of patent formulas for antibodies, considers the specific features of patenting of such objects in the Russian Federation and contains recommendations for improvement of regulatory legal acts.
