А traditional New Year meeting in the Eurasian Patent Organization

On December 26, 2019, a traditional New Year meeting was held with Eurasian patent attorneys in the headquarters of the Eurasian Patent Organization.

Specialists of the Department of legal protection of the inventions and utility models of “NEVA-PATENT Ltd.” Natalia Kashina and Fedor Ivanov took an active part in the meeting.

During the meeting, issues on the introduction of the Eurasian system of legal protection of industrial designs were discussed, current approaches for the patentability assessment of pharmaceutical inventions. There were also presented new opportunities of the electronic communication between the Office and the Applicants and the updated system for publishing Eurasian patent’s data.

The meeting was held in a warm, friendly and at the same time professional manner.
